Emergency dispatchers received a call at approximately 10:37 p.m. reporting a side-by-side rollover accident with one individual trapped beneath the vehicle.
The preliminary investigation revealed that Israel was riding as the front-seat passenger in a 2016 Polaris being driven by a 31-year-old woman. Authorities said the driver reported swerving to avoid an oncoming vehicle, causing the side-by-side to lose control, roll onto its passenger side, and slide several yards before coming to rest off the roadway.
