According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded at approximately 4:45 p.m. to a serious traffic collision on SW Scholls Ferry Road near the intersection of SW Hillsboro Highway (219). The crash involved a motorcycle and a Mercedes SUV, prompting an immediate emergency response from law enforcement and medical personnel.

Investigators determined that Brandon Henderson was riding his motorcycle along SW Scholls Ferry Road when the collision occurred with a Mercedes SUV that was turning onto SW Hillsboro Highway. Witnesses at the scene acted quickly and courageously, attempting life-saving measures in an effort to save Brandon’s life. Despite their efforts and the rapid arrival of emergency responders, Brandon succumbed to his injuries. Medical personnel pronounced him deceased shortly after reaching the scene.
