Preliminary investigators determined that a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 traveling westbound left the roadway and overturned. Despite the swift response of emergency personnel and their dedicated efforts to save his life, Justin was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Justin was the sole occupant and driver of the vehicle.
